Before I bought the farm, I worked for several years at Novera Headache Center, specializing in treating headaches and migraines. I also struggled with migraines myself, and the treatment approach I use made a huge difference in my life - so helping others find relief is something I care deeply about.
Common things I treat: Headaches and migraines, neck tension and stiffness, TMJ issues, postural strain from desk work, shoulder and upper back pain. Treatment may include: Dry needling, cupping, hands-on manual therapy, targeted exercises tailored to your body.
